General Terms and Conditions of BOÉLL
§1 Scope of Application and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://boellshop.com.
(2) In the event of a contract conclusion, the contract is entered into with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following rules apply:
The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.
The order process includes the following steps:
Selection of the desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
Review of the information in the shopping cart
Clicking the “Checkout” button
Logging in to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)
Review and, if necessary, correction of the entered data
Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy” button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the page on which the customer’s details are entered by pressing the “Back” button in the internet browser used, in order to correct input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). By sending this confirmation, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order data and our GTC by email. The GTC can also be viewed at any time at https://boellshop.com/agb/.
For security reasons, your order data will no longer be accessible online.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Any shipping costs are added.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay in advance, via PayPal, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, he/she undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place within the number of working days specified.
The delivery period begins, in the case of advance payment, on the day after the payment order is given to the transferring bank, and for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer, even in the case of a sales shipment.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the following right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his or her trade, business or profession.
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
