Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free of charge worldwide – the price you see is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Every print and every shirt is made to order just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 working days, followed by shipping, which usually takes 3–8 working days within Europe. Deliveries to other countries may take a little longer. You will see the estimated delivery date for your address in the cart and at checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most of Europe – including all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Norway – as well as to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not available at checkout, just contact us and we will find a solution.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the authorities of the destination country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you.
Where is my order?
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will check the tracking with the carrier for you.
Prints & canvases
What are the framed photography prints made of?
Each black & white and color print is printed on quality matte paper (189 g/m²), finished with a smooth white mat board and a solid wood frame, and protected by an acrylic front. Hanging hardware is included – your print arrives ready to hang.
Which sizes and frame colors are available?
The framed prints come in four sizes – 21 × 30 cm (A4), 30 × 40 cm, 50 × 70 cm and 61 × 91 cm – each with a black or white frame.
What are the Graphic Art canvases?
Original graphic art by Marcus Boéll, printed fade-resistant on canvas and hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, with mounting brackets included. Each motif exists in four versions: on a black or white background, in monochrome or color. Canvas sizes are given in inches and range from small formats to large statement pieces.
How do I choose the right size?
Use “View on your wall” on the product page to see the print or canvas in your own room before you order.
Who is behind the photographs?
Every motif is an original work by Marcus Boéll, a photographer living on Mallorca. You can read more about Marcus Boéll.
T-shirts
How do the art T-shirts fit?
Our men’s art T-shirts have a regular fit and come in sizes XS to 2XL. They are made from a smooth, mid-weight jersey with 2-way stretch. The artwork is printed on the back and stays vivid wash after wash.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card, with PayPal, and – depending on your device – with Apple Pay or Google Pay. All payments are encrypted.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. All prices are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. We cover your return shipping up to €11 for all prints and shirts. For our large-format Graphic Art canvases, special return conditions apply. All details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Please send us a short message with a photo – ideally within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund quickly with our production partner.
