Return Costs for CANVAS ART DESIGN

For CANVAS ART DESIGN in the sizes:

• 24×48, 26×40, 28×40, 30×40, 32×48, 36×36, 37×37 (approx. €50) as of 07/2025

• 40×60, 40×55, 30×60 (approx. €150) as of 07/2025

the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All other products, returns remain free of charge.

Return Period:

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims determined to be our fault will be covered at our expense.

Exceptions to Free Shipping:

• Wrong Address – If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You are responsible for the cost of reshipping once we (if applicable) confirm an updated address.

• Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility. You are responsible (if applicable) for the cost of reshipping to you or your end customers.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, especially face masks, that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You agree that returned orders containing face masks will not be reshipped and will instead be disposed of.

Note to EU Consumers:
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, you may not be granted a right of withdrawal for:

1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Boéllshop reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
